Warranties & Returns

Product Warranty Coverage, Inc. provides a 1 year warranty with all new or refurbished business equipment (unless otherwise noted on a specific item). All consumer telephones are warranted by the manufacturer. Within the first 30 days after purchase, Inc. will repair or replace all defective equipment (business or consumer). Thereafter all consumer products must be returned to their respective manufacturer for repair or replacement. No credit or exchange will be granted by, Inc. after the first 30 days.

Defective Equipment Exchange will replace defective equipment within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned equipment a replacement will be shipped back to you. Normal turn-around time is approximately 5 business days. For faster processing a new order may be placed for the same item and paid in full. Upon receipt of your returned equipment full credit will be issued to your account (including shipping).

Return Policy

If, for any reason (except defective equipment which will be replaced or other items which are not returnable - see below) you return all or part of your equipment ordered from within 30 days of your purchase you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10.00 (whichever is greater). Restocking fees are charged to offset actual costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. If you purchase a different system or other like equipment (of equal or greater value) your restocking fee will be reduced to 5% of the purchase price or $10.00 (whichever is greater). Under no circumstances will credit be issued after the 30 day return period.

Not Returnable: System manuals, batteries, software and downloadable documents purchased are NOT returnable and nonrefundable. Please be sure you have selected the correct manual before completing your order.

Shipping Charges: A minimum shipping charge of $7.50 or actual shipping charges (whichever is greater) will be charged for all returned equipment.

Refused Packages: The standard restocking fee (20%) will be reduced to 10% plus shipping costs for all orders shipped and refused when delivery is attempted.

Defective Equipment: All defective equipment will be replaced free of charge. If you wish to return a defective item without receiving a replacement, a 5% restocking fee or $10.00 (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your credit.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All equipment returned to will require an RMA number. To receive an RMA number Click Here to contact customer service. Please describe the reason for requesting an RMA and if you would like an exchange. Upon receipt of your request an RMA number will be generated and emailed to you.

Please return your item(s) to our warehouse at the address listed in your email. Package your return (including the manufacturer's original box) in a separate shipping box. All original packaging, literature, etc. must be included with your return undamaged or written on. Write your RMA number on the outside shipping box (do NOT mark on the manufacturer's original box). If the manufacturer's product packaging is received with shipping labels or RMA numbers directly on it, the product will not be in resalable condition, and thus, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories, and instruction manuals must be returned with the product. Your RMA number MUST be clearly visible on the outside of your package or the package will be refused. For your protection and security be sure to use a carrier that will provide a tracking number.

Step-by-Step Procedure:
    1. Click here to request an RMA number (you will receive an RMA number by email).
    2. Repackage each item with all original packaging, literature, etc. in the original manufacturer's box.
    3. Place all items to be returned in a separate shipping box.
    4. Clearly and visibly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do NOT mark on the manufacturer's original box).
    5. Send your prepaid package to the address listed in the email you received, using a carrier with a tracking system.
