A sturdy, high-impact grey plastic assembly consisting of a base and cover. The base provides a integral screw-type connecting block and a wire entry port weather-sealed by a molded neoprene nipple. The cover with integral jack and spade-ended leads is provided with a hinged, spring-loaded door and neoprene seal insert. The seal between base and cover is insured by a neoprene gasket.
